Meet the practitioner

Nicholas is trained in Amazonian curanderismo and Native American energetic herbalism as well as being self trained with bufo. His adult life has been fueled by his curiosity and passion for medicinal and psychoactive plants and their role in healing and awakening processes, as well as his sense of adventure. He has over 10,000 hours of experience which includes multiple immersive trainings, self study and self awareness practices, having dedicated a solid decade to his healing and awakening process. He has a deep intuitive sense of the plants and how they can be applied to all kinds of creatures in all kinds of situations for the transformation of health and consciousness. His experience with nondual states of being greatly influences his practice. 

Nicholas grew up in the upper midwest and apon entering adulthood started to study culinary arts and horticulture, with a special interest in growing cannabis. After sparking an interest in the medicinal qualities of the culinary herbs he started to explore the world of medicinal plants and quickly developed a special interest in the potential of entheogens in a healing practice. He spent several years traveling the world in order to get to know himself before settling in Ashland and pursuing a more formal education. After graduation from a clinical herbalism program in 2014 he started to go to the jungles of Peru to participate in plant immersion retreats and learn the ways of the jungle medicines. He has been going to Peru for this work since 2015 and now has a private practice.
